Product Description

Properties: It is a mixture of silane, grafting initiator, dehydration catalyst, antioxidant and internal lubricant, etc. Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid, with ester odor.

Cautions: Temperature for storage is not more than 100C.

Uses:

1. To cross-link polyethylene for the manufacture of insulation and sheath materials of wire and cable

2. Used to cross-link polyethylene to produce heat pipe, heat-resistant hose and film. Cross-linked polyethylene has good resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons, oil, stress cracking, high mechanical strength and excellent heat resistance; It can work for 50 years under 80OC. Can be used in the anticorrosion & warming outer layer of insulation and related repair material of anticorrosion & warming heat shrink sleeve of long-distance oil pipeline, natural gas and gas pipeline. It can be used in the water pipes and hot water pipes of civil house. This product can also be used as crosslinking agent of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, chlorinated polyethylene, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer.

Packing & storage:

Special plastic drum, net wt 5kg 4 drums/box. Sprayed metal pail net wt 200kg. Sealed tightly, kept in cool, dry and ventilating place. Avoid light.
